DAMAGED ITEMS OR WRONG DELIVERY?
If you noted that you have received a damaged or wrong item when unpacking your package, we strongly recommend you to inform us by e-mail within 48 hours after delivery. We will ensure that you receive a new item from us as soon as possible. If you don’t report a damage in time we can refuse your return request.
If you would like to exchange an item, we reccommend that you send your package back to us and we will credit your refund. You can place a new order with the size or color you would like to receive.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it to us if the items meet our conditions. We will refund your purchase amount within 10 business days after receiving your package. You can only return your package within the stated return period of 14 days. This means that you need to sign up your return on your account within 14 days after deliver. From the day you signed your return up, you have 14 days to send the package back to us. Returning items is at your own expense.
- articles must be unworn and unwashed
- articles with stains or smells will not be accepted
- earrings, hair-accessoiries and masks can not be returned
- shoes must be fitted inside
- articles must contain al tickets and original packaging.
If the returned items do not meet our conditions, unfortunately we can not accept your return. In this case we will offer the package back to you, but we will need to charge the shippingcost.
SIGN UP YOUR RETURN
Step 1: Log in on our website with your username and password.
Step 2: Go in ''my account’’ click on ''my orders’’. Click on the concerned order and choose the option ''return articles’’. Now you will be able to fill in the return form online.
NOTE: If you try this on your mobile phone, make sure you swipe left first. .
Step 3: If you singed up your return, you can move further with the shipping process.
If for some reason you can not sign up your return, do not hestitate to send us an E-mail. We will try to assist you in every way we can.
Step 4: Pack your items in the original packaging.
Step 5: Add the ''pakbon’’ in your package and mark your returned items.
Step 6: Send the package back to us by a delivery company at your choice.

Step 7: It’s very important that you keep the tracking code untill we have refunded your purchase amount. We are not responsible for packages without tracking infomation that get lost in shipping.
